The heating and air conditioning system, powered by 100% renewable energy and designed for high energy efficiency, monitors outdoor temperatures and automatically switches off when the weather is mild.

At the entrance and exit, please state your apartment number via the intercom. Overnight the car park is closed to ensure the security of the boat area.
To charge your car, please ask reception to activate the EV charging station.
